Summary:
This course provides hands-on training in Java Web Services development, configuration and deployment using Eclipse based IDE and Apache Axis. The course teaches the concepts and architecture of Web Services-Interoperable (WS-I) and Web Service Technology Implementations in detail. Students will learn how to use Eclipse IDE and/or Eclipse based IDE to develop Web Service, Web Service Client and deploy them on a Java EE Server. They will also learn in detail about SOAP, WSDL and UDDI Specifications and their practical use in Web Services Applications. This course can be customized to use anyone of the following Java EE Software Environments: 1) Eclipse JEE IDE/JBOSS Application Server OR 2) Oracle WebLogic Workshop/Oracle WebLogic Server OR 3) IBM Rational Application Developer/IBM WebSphere Application Server.
