Summary:
This course is addressed to anyone who will be either actively involved in testing and quality assurance or who will be supporting or overseeing that process. Both non-technical and technically-oriented roles will benefit from the course, as the course ties together all QA activities and describes their relationships to each other and to other BA activities. The course includes use-case scenario testing, creation of the QA Plan, functional and non-functional (system) testing, QA metrics, Acceptance Testing, Decision Tables and Structured Walkthroughs, and incorporates BABOK 2, Six Sigma and Structured Testing guidelines.
