The initial OPA will result in three deliverables:

  3. Various Recommendations

Final Report

The final report will be organized into five sections:

  1. Executive Summary - A brief summary of the report background
  2. A description of the OPA methodology and a profile of your operations environment
  3. The assessment of the processes of your Data Center relative to solution set products Workflow Analysis
  4. A discussion of the opportunities for improvements identified during the assessment Summary of Recommendations
  5. A summary of the recommendations stated or implied in the final report

Recommended Implementation Plan

Once the OPA Findings and Recommendations are presented to your IT management, the OPA team will prepare a recommended implementation plan using the feedback and direction given to us by your IT management leaders. This plan will include high-level projects, time lines, resources, and cost estimates.
